The Canadian International Learning Foundation offers a pen pal program, pairing interested students at the Afghan-Canadian Community Center (ACCC) with supporters in Canada and around the world. Thanks to the computers labs at the ACCC, pen pals can communicate via e-mail and instant messaging.

Having a pen pal will allow students in Kandahar to receive additional help with their studies and make new friends. Supporters will have the opportunity to learn more about the issues affecting women and education in Kandahar, learn more about Afghan culture and provide assistance to the hard-working students of the ACCC. For those of you who choose to donate to the ACCC via our Afghan School Project, you will also have the opportunity to see how your donation provides valuable education leading to important job opportunities.
