CanILF Scholarship Program

The Canadian International Learning Foundation also provides scholarships to students in areas affected by war, poverty and epidemics. To be eligible for scholarships, students must demonstrate academic potential, community service and leadership.

We currently provide scholarships to students in Kandahar, Afghanistan to attend courses at the Afghan-Canadian Community Center (ACCC) via our Afghan School Project. The ACCC is a women-oriented private school that offers courses in Information and Computing Technology, business, English and health care.

If you are a student in Kandahar and would like to apply for a CanILF scholarship to study at the ACCC, please send a 500 word essay describing how you demonstrate academic potential, community service and leadership to staff@canilf.org.

If you would like to donate toward a student’s scholarship, please consider joining our Adopt-a-Student program.
